Whatever you’re looking for…

Whatever you’re looking for, Las Vegas can provide. Because most people know a great deal about it, there’s no need for an introduction. Just a simple hi-lighting of the ‘greatness’ connected to a style more suitable for people looking to have not just a good, but a great, time. However, what I have listed above are the lavish and extravagant form of Vegas. There is a more modest side, even though there isn’t a quieter side per se. What’s important to know about Vegas is that it’s also diverse culturally. Someone once said that there’s no need to go all over the world–all you need to do is make a stop at Vegas, and you’ve already seen most of the world. In many ways, this is true. But you’ll never know unless you go there yourself.

Weddings

On television, when people want to get married fast, they usually head to Vegas. Since marriages there generally don’t cost more than $50, it’s understandable that the youths of America with a small budget always seem to flock there without a moment’s hesitation. Surprisingly, the chapels provided are fairly attractive. Television shows, which is where most people view fictitious weddings, are usually done with the couples looking unappealing and oftentimes scared, while their backgdrop is more frightening than their feelings. This is done to probably belittle the idea of having quickie weddings in Vegas. If you do a quick online search, you will see that the setting of many Vegas weddings are romantically put together. Some are done with beatifically lit gazeebos and bushy vines twirl around the poles keeping the roof up, while quietly played songs flow in the candelit chapels. Others are done in fairly simple churches that are modestly furnished. These weddings cost around $200, which is more than $50, but it’s still a great deal cheaper than what most weddings cost.

Las Vegas Shows

Las Vegas is notorious for its cheesy, yet irrisistable, forms of entertainment. There are many live acts like The Blue Man group, which is famous in Vegas, as well as Cirque du Soileil. Tickets always sell like hot cakes, so it’s a good idea to go online and order yours a while before the shows begin. Las Vegas is also known for its Burlesque shows, comedy acts, and guest appearances from many celebrities you typically find on TV. It’s obvious the genres vary. If you’re a lover of Cher, Vegas is the place to be. If you’re looking for a good laugh, again, you can’t do wrong with Vegas. And if you’re looking to be literally cast upon a hypnotic spell, you might want to make a quick stop at Vegas. With the difference in performances, you can’t do wrong. You can go for a comical performance, a controversial show, or a more sophisticatede show. Las Vegas will always leave you entertained.

Hotels

If you’re going to Las Vegas, you’re most likely going to stay there for a while, because it’s impossible to go and leave in the same night. Well it’s possible, but it’s also very unlikely. Since you’ll be staying a while, you’ll need a place to crash for a week, a month, or maybe even a year. Las Vegas has an array of beautiful hotels that will make you want to stay for a lifetime. After doing the research for those in dire need of looking for a nice hotel in a short amount of time, I’ll list the top 3 most luxurious hotels in Vegas and why you’ll want to stay there:
1) Excalibur Hotel: This hotel is like Disney World plus Disney Land for adults. This is not said because of the palatial architecture that reminds most people of a Disney castle, but also because of the magnificence and merriment it can provide for adults ages 18 and up. The rooms are that of Venitian, Parisian and Grecian elegance, all in one. The stay is amazing and the Excalibur hotel is probably one of the greatest bits of aristocracy Las Vegas has to offer. But luxury like this doesn’t come cheap: it’s around $150 to room here a night.
2) The Sahara Hotel: You’d be surprised at how much Las Vegas has to offer. The Sahara hotel being among one of its greatest offerings. Pools, none-too-shabby architecture and great service are just a few reasons why the Sahara is a reason to go to Vegas. And room for a night, starting at around $80, isn’t too bad, either.
3) Circus Circus Hotel: This is the last reason to stay at Las Vegas for as long as you possibly can, and while it’s last on the list, it doesn’t hold less importance. You’ve seen the outside, so now it’s time to indulge on what Circus Circus has to offer within. You must have also seen the rollercoaster rides, which is another reason why you can do no wrong with Vegas’ Circus Circus Hotel. The name itself is enough to keep people coming for more. But the price is no joke–a typical night there costs around $120. Better start saving up.

Las Vegas

If New York is the city that ‘never sleeps’, then Las Vegas is the city that never sleeps but doesn’t have to announce to the world that it doesn’t ever sleep. Vegas is the city of sin: legal prostitution and gambling are its offspring, and anyone who goes to Vegas is looking for a great time. The only people who do not have a great time are those who cannot a) drink, and b) gamble. For everyone else, here is all you need to know about the sweet and bitter taste Las Vegas, Nevada has to offer.
